First blossom of spring is a sourdough bread flower.
This weekend, we bought a convection oven. Really can't wait to have a try. I baked sourdough bread. The oven is smaller than the old one, so I put doughs in a lightly greased springform pan.
Convection is convenient. The baking hour is 5 minutes shortened.
Bread tastes better, especially the bottom, not overbaked.
Extremely satisfied!
